Just wanted to plug our Twitter! Thanks to everyone who's already following us! And if you're not following us, please do!

Also just wanted to plug Peter Facinelli's official Twitter. He made a bet with his friend that he could have 500,000 followers by the end of the week. Currently he has about 90,000.

UPDATE!: Said Facinelli in a tweet, "My friend Rob Defranco bet me I couldn't get 500,000 followers by the end of next week."

Ever since, his followers have been on the case, pumping the information out to all who will listen.

According to Facinelli, he needs to have a total of 500,000 by next Friday. The stakes? Says Facinelli, "If I lose he gets the back of my TWILIGHT actors chair. If I win, he has to dance down Hollywood Blv in a Bikini, singing" . . . ""all the single ladies" while holding a sign that says 'Twitter Me.'"

Should be interesting to see how it pans out for Facinelli throughout the week. He promises that if he wins, he "will videotape Rob for all 500,000 to witness...'ohohohohohohohohohoho.'"

Kellan Lutz had an interview with MTV, where he talks about his new movie Nightmare on Elm St.

“I’m shooting ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’ right now,” Kellan told us recently. “Which, for me, is one of the scariest thriller-type movies I grew up watching.”

As the Twilighters know, Emmett Cullen is a pretty tough dude -– and Lutz is no slouch himself. So, although the actor seems destined to be another of Freddy’s ill-fated teens, we’re hoping he’ll at least put up a pretty good fight.

“It’s very similar to [the original], but with new characters,” Lutz explained, assuring us that he’s not stepping into the role originated by Johnny Depp or anything. “It’s a lot of fun, and it’s actually pretty spooky to be on the set, on location seeing what we’re working with… you walk into these locations and it’s like, you’ve gotta watch your back.”

After several interviews, Metro Canada finally has their Rob interview up! Rob discusses his fame,

"Last time we spoke, you told me that you still walked in the street without anyone recognizing you. I’m assuming that’s changed now.
I don’t walk in the street anymore, and when I do, I’m in disguise. (laughs) It’s actually a relief being back at work."

"Were you surprised that Twilight became such a phenomenon?
It never ever fails to shock me. Even here. Yesterday, there were 300 people outside the set. It’s just crazy. Every day, every single person I meet knows someone who has a very strong attachment to the books. It’s very difficult to put your head around. I can go through customs at any airport in the world — every customs agent is like, ‘Can I get an autograph for my daughter?’ Every single time! It’s crazy! I just hope it doesn’t change the way I think and stuff."

Poor Rob =[ Seems like he can't get out without being mobbed...

...smoking that is! Reports say the Twilight's Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed supposedly want to quit lighting up in order to be "better role models for their fans" by method of SmokeStiks.

"Everyone on the cast smokes, and they are all trying to quit because they are on Twilight and know they are in the public eye," says a friend close to Ms. Reed. But the only people taking it seriously seem to be Ash and Nik.

"[Ashley and Nikki] know they are role models for little kids," says the pal. "If there are a ton of paparazzi photos of them smoking, that's not a positive image."

New interviews coming in everywhere! This one dealing with the Jasper Hale himself, Jackson Rathbone =] Jackson says that New Moon was fun, but what he is really excited about is filming Eclipse because the audience gets to find out more about Jasper! Read more:

"Well it doesn’t really come out too much in the book. It’s one of those things were it’s understood but in the third book it really comes out like the back story and everything."

"One of the things about Jasper is he doesn’t use the ability all the time. It’s something that he’s very strict about using because it’s like an invasion of privacy to make someone feel something, to manipulate emotions."

After receiving 5 out of the seven awards it was nominated for at the MTV Movie Awards, Twilight is now receiving YET ANOTHER award! Twilight is going to be honored at the 36th Annual Vision Awards on June 27!

"Well you can add another one to the list, because “Twilight” will be recognized as a “film of vision” at the 36th annual Vision Awards on June 27. The Vision Awards are presented by RP International, a non-profit organization that fights the good fight against blinding eye diseases.

Bella, Edward, and the rest of the Cullen clan are in some elite company: Other film honorees this year include “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” “Seven Pounds,” “Valkyrie” and the upcoming “Inglourious Basterds.” There’s no word yet on how many of the cast members will actually attend the event, but here’s hoping we get a repeat performance of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson’s almost-kiss at the Movie Awards. Wait, that is if they induct a Best Kiss Of Vision category. Hey, it could happen!"

Are the Twilight Saga stars feeling the pressure of the New Moon spotlight? Although returning actors Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, and the rest of the New Moon cast had an easier time adjusting to life on set for a second Twilight film, New Moon actor Peter Facinelli who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen recently revealed that the Twilight Saga stars are indeed feeling pressure to live up to the first movie. Well, the only thing we can say after seeing Peter Facinelli on the streets of Vancouver when New Moon was filming is that if you have to go pseudo-incognito in a city where people leave celebs alone, there must be some pressure.

Facinelli also mentioned that being associated with Twilight and New Moon is similar in nature to fan craze surrounding The Beatles of the '60s.
